Meet the Team

Lennax Case Management is made up of two nurse case managers. Both of whom are well-versed and trained to be cooperative members in the collaborative worker’s compensation process.

  • Senior Nurse Case Manager

    Elena was born in Okinawa, Japan and was raised in Hawai’i. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawai’i Pacific University. Additionally, she trained in neurosurgery for 13 years, providing pre-op and post-op care and education for her patients.

    Aside from her neurosurgical background, Elena is trained in billing and coding, including CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and MD Guidelines.

    Elena has worked in the field of worker’s compensation nurse case management for nearly 10 years. She is also a member of the Case Management Society of America.

    Elena is a first-degree black belt in Karate and has been a member of the USA Junior Olympic team. She was also a USA- NKF Karate team medic for the Pan American team.

    In her free time, Elena enjoys gardening and spending time with her pitbull, Hachi.

  • Nurse Case Manager

    Leah was born in California and was raised in Hawai’i. Leah graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawai’i Pacific University . Immediately after graduation, she went into the field of nurse case management under the tutelage of Elena Watson. As such, you can sometimes catch Elena referring to Leah as her “mini-me”.

    Leah is a part of the Sigma Theta Tau Society of Nurses and is a part of the Case Management Society of America.

    Leah grew up playing soccer since she was five years old and has won numerous state championships with her club team. She also helped lead her High School Team to a state title match and was awarded with the Team Player Award. After graduating high school, Leah returned to her club team as a coach throughout her college years.

    In her free time, Leah enjoys playing the piano and hanging out with friends/family. She also volunteers as a Lector for her church.
