  • Coordination of consultations, functional capacity evaluations, all therapies, and durable medical equipment

  • Set goals to assist injured workers in safely transitioning back to their regular duties. We do this by slowly modulating individualized work programs through the use of modified work duties or work conditioning/hardening programs

  • Reviewing ICD-10 codes and establishing MD Guidelines with the use of comorbidities, age, and pre-existing conditions that may affect recovery

  • Ability to assist injured workers who speak Japanese as their primary language
